WE DO HASSLE FREE+COST FREE SIZE EXCHANGES!
To start a return or exchange, you can go to our self-serve returns portal by Clicking Here
If you have special requests or want a human please use the chat bubble on our site or email us (contact@raskana.com) a return or exchange request within 30 days of your order being received, and we will send you back a return label. A restocking fee of 7% for return shipping will be deducted from your refund if returning.
Items must be returned within 30 days in original condition, unaltered, unwashed, with all tags. NOTE: We do NOT charge any fees for any sizing exchanges. Basically, we recommend just trying on your clothes for fit and then deciding if they are good to go or not.
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for a return.

Returns
All full price items are eligible for a refund. The total amount refunded or credited will be minus original shipping charges and 7% restocking fee.
Refunds are reversed onto the original form of payment, i.e. credit card or credit note. Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Free shipping labels will be provided for all returns.
For exchanges, if you would like to return your item for another size or style, let us know and we can help you out with a free size exchange. We waive restocking fees on all size exchanges!

Some sale items are final sale, and will be marked as FINAL SALE if so. Most sale items are eligible for the same return policy as full price items.
Items purchased during a promotional sale where a discount has been applied at checkout (manually or automatically), are eligible for a refund. The total amount refunded or credited will be minus original shipping charges and 7% restocking fee. Shipping cost is included with a free label provided for your return. This excludes sale items. Final sale items purchase with promotional code will not be eligible for a refund.
Full price items purchased with a welcome code are eligible for the same returns procedure as full-priced goods.
We make every effort to provide goods of the highest quality to our customers and we hope that you never receive a faulty product from us. If, on the rare occasion, this does occur, please contact us immediately at contact@raskana.com and ensure you include your order number and a photo of the fault within your email.
We will get back to you as soon as we can to fix the problem!
Gift cards cannot be returned and are considered final sale.

Your return request must meet the guidelines outlined above. RASKANA reserves the right to deny the return if the item(s) fail to meet our return policy requirements.
