Orders & Shipping
Orders are typically processed
within 1 business day of purchase. Shipping times vary based on destination and shipping method, but we
strive to get it to you within 3-5
business days.
Please make sure all shipping and
billing information is correct to avoid unnecessary delays. Please note that we
do not require a signature upon delivery. Any additional shipping/delivery
features will need to be arranged immediately after your order is placed.
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO,
or FPO. (Please note that we do not require a signature upon delivery- any

after your order is placed with our team at contact@raskana.com).
All prices are displayed in US dollars (USD)
Occasionally we have to cancel an order due to processing or payment issues. If we do cancel your order due to suspected fraud or other processing issues, we will contact you to verify the cancellation or obtain the additional necessary information to process the order. We cannot hold merchandise on orders for which we cannot collect payment. If we do not hear from you within 48 hours of reaching out to verify information, we will cancel your order.
Your order will be charged as soon as it is processed on our website.
Please double-check that all information is accurate on your order before submitting. Once an order is placed, we are unable to guarantee that changes can be made. If you do make a mistake on your order, please reach out on our chat bubble or to contact@raskana.com right away!
After your order is placed successfully, you will receive an Order Confirmation to the email associated with the order.
You can check the status of your shipment once you receive a Shipping Confirmation email or through the shop app. Please use the tracking number provided to keep an eye on your order and track iits progress!
If you opted for a text message, you will receive your tracking info via text to the number provided.
Orders ship from our warehouse in Michigan. If your order is ever sent in multiple packages, you will receive all tracking numbers attached to the shipment.
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email or text with all tracking info!
If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us right away at contact@raskana.com
All shipments delivered to the correct shipping address on order are no longer the responsibility of RASKANA. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.
PRICE PROTECTION & PROMOTIONS POLICY
RASKANA offers customers a price protection policy to show our commitment to providing the best service possible, under the following conditions:
- If an item purchased at full price has recently gone on sale or its price has been reduced within 7 days of having placed the order.
- The item purchased is still available on the RASKANA website in the same style and size purchased. Price adjustments are applied only once per item.
RASKANA offers a one-time 10% discount code unique to our first time customers who sign up to our mailing list. This code is only valid for 20 days online after receiving the code via email or SMS. If your email address is already in our system, please note that you will not receive the discount code.
When attempting to apply any promotional codes, please note that the following conditions apply:
- Codes are only redeemable online at raskana.com, or through one of our partner shops e.g. Facebook or Instagram Shop.
- Discount/promotional codes have no monetary value, are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be converted into currency.
- Promotional codes may not be applied to already discounted items.
- Promotional codes will be deactivated during sitewide sales.
- For orders containing multiple items, the discount provided will be distributed amongst all eligible items.
- Discounted items returned to RASKANA will be refunded in the amount paid and not the original value of the item(s).
- If a code is expired or invalid at checkout, a replacement will not be issued.
- Only one code may be applied per order.
