Full priced items can be returned for a refund or credit note. You are welcome to lodge a return request within 10 days of your parcel being received. Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, with original packaging and with all tags attached. RASKANA does not cover the shipping cost for returning an item. We recommend using a traceable service to reduce the risk of lost parcels.
Before lodging your request, please read through our RETURNS policy to ensure your item is eligible for a return. Items purchased during a promotional sale where a discount has been applied at checkout (manually or automatically), can only be returned for a credit note. Sale styles are final sale unless faulty.
